1. Introduction
This privacy policy discloses all of the ways in which the website of Classical Piano Coaching (Pty) Ltd [hereafter referred to as “the Company”] collects, uses, discloses, and manages the information of website visitors or its customers.
It contributes to fulfilling the legal requirement to protect the privacy of the Company’s customers or website visitors.

The Company receives, collects and stores any information a customer or website visitor provides on its website forms or in any other way.
Additionally, the Company collects, where relevant, the internet protocol address used to connect the website visitor’s computer to the internet, login information, e-mail addresses, passwords, computer and connection information, and purchase history.
The Company makes use of software tools to measure and collect website session information, which includes page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
The Company also collects, as directly supplied by a customer or website visitor, personally identifiable information (including name, password, communications), and comments, feedback, service reviews and recommendations.
The Company does not utilize any direct payment gateway through its website, and accordingly does not collect any credit card information from its customers or website visitors.

Personal information is collected when supplied to the Company as part of the process of submission of an official website form or when sending a message to the Company’s official e-mail address or whatsapp number.

The Company collects personal and non-personal information only for purposes directly associated with its services to, and interaction with customers or website visitors.
In addition to the general purpose referenced above, the purpose of collection of information also expands to creating aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal information which business partners of the Company may use to provide and improve its services, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.
Although these purposes stated above may be considered as the most pertinent considerations, it should not be deemed as absolute or exclusive.

5. Storage, usage, sharing and disclosure of information
The Company’s website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides the Company with the online platform that allows the Company to communicate and interact with its customers or prospective customers. As part of these interactions, data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and general applications on secure servers behind a firewall.

6. Communication with customers and website visitors
The Company may contact its customers or website visitors regarding their account, to poll their opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to issue updates about the Company or the features of its service offering, or as otherwise necessary to facilitate enforcement of applicable laws or any agreement that may be in effect between the Company and a customer.
Such communications will take place via e-mail and/or whatsapp in line with a customer’s or website visitor’s expressed preferential method of contact.

The Company’s website tracks personal information through the use of cookies, in order to provide a satisfactory experience to website visitors, to monitor and analyze the effective performance and operation of the platform, and to ensure the platform remains secure and safe to use.
Third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix.com platform, may have their own policies regarding the collection and storage of information and is accordingly not covered by this policy.

8. Withdrawal of consent
A customer of the Company or a visitor to its website may log a request via the general contact form or via the official contact information provided on the Company’s website, should they wish to withdraw consent for the collection, storage and/or usage of their information.

The Company reserves the right to modify this policy from time to time, as deemed necessary to account for changes to its service or operational model, or to align to changes in laws and regulations.
Such policy modifications will take effect immediately upon official communication thereof.
Should the Company make material modifications to this policy, its customers and website visitors will be made aware of the nature and extent of such changes.
